1. General Refund Principles
- Refunds are offered only where required by law or where a product/service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered as promised.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase for eligible transactions, in accordance with UK consumer law.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or once a digital product or service has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered in full.
2. Digital Products and Services
Digital products, design templates, and creative materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are considered delivered immediately. Refunds may be approved if the product is:
- Technically defective or corrupted;
- Not as described in the listing or promotional material; or
- Inaccessible due to an error on Creativeulo systems.
When a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of evidence. We may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation.
4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions
For B2B customers, refunds are governed by contractual terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, refunds are only provided where services are faulty, non-conforming, or undelivered. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or product delivery. Once a digital service or consultation has been fully rendered, it becomes non-refundable.
